Solid purchase, minor issue

I needed a new hardshell suitcase for an upcoming trip and decided on a medium Samsonite. The ordering process was straightforward, and the price was competitive, especially with the discount I found. Delivery took about five business days, which is reasonable, but the box arrived with a small dent on one corner, though the suitcase itself was fine. The quality of the suitcase seems excellent, very robust. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking, but I do think the packaging could be a little more secure to prevent minor cosmetic issues like that.

Got my Samsonite spinner

I ordered a Samsonite 4 wheel spinner last week. It shipped pretty fast, got here in about 4 days to my place in Ohio. The suitcase is exactly as described, feels sturdy. It was a good deal, saved me some money compared to other places. Just wish they had more color options for that specific model.

Good value on a new holdall

I was looking for a new holdall and found a decent one on Go Places during their seasonal sale. I snagged a Delsey Paris holdall, and with the discount, it felt like a real steal. The website said it was 15% off, which was better than I saw anywhere else. Shipping was free too, which always helps with the budget. It arrived in good shape, though the tracking info could have been updated a bit faster. Overall, I'm happy with what I paid for it.

Great value on Delsey Paris

I was looking for a good deal on a Delsey Paris suitcase and found one here. The price was significantly better than other places I checked online, even with shipping to my place in Florida. I also signed up for the newsletter and got a first order discount, which was a nice bonus. It arrived in about a week, well-packaged. Very happy with the savings and the quality.

Good Samsonite, slow shipping

I ordered a Samsonite hardshell suitcase for a trip. The product itself is really solid, just what I expected from the brand. However, shipping took 8 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a bit long. The tracking info was updated regularly, at least. Good value for the quality, but they could definitely speed up delivery.

Quick delivery, decent backpack

Bought an Eastpak backpack. Arrived in 3 days. Good quality. Website was easy to use. No complaints, just wish it had one more small pocket inside.

Reliable as always for travel bags

I've bought from Go Places a few times now, usually for my travel accessories. This time I picked up some packing cubes and a new travel pillow. Just like my previous orders, everything arrived exactly as described and within the expected timeframe – about a week for me in California. Their stock is consistently good, and I appreciate the range of brands they carry. It's a dependable site for travel gear. The only minor thing is I wish they'd expand their range of Bric's vanity cases a bit more, as I'm always looking for those.

Solid purchase experience

I bought an Eastpak backpack from Go Places recently. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no confusing steps. It shipped out the next day, and I got it in California five days later, which was pretty quick for an international order. The backpack was exactly as described, seems durable and well-made. I did have a small question about the warranty, so I emailed customer service. They got back to me within 24 hours with a clear answer. Overall, a smooth and reliable transaction. I'd definitely consider them again for future travel gear.
